Smarter Towing provides wireless trailer monitoring technology and related services, including the Wheel Sensei system, mobile app functionality, and vehicle console integrations (e.g., Apple CarPlay and Android Auto). You agree to use the Website and Services lawfully and not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;

6. Purchases, Pricing & Refunds

• You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout for products or Services you purchase.
• Prices may change prospectively; changes don't affect completed purchases.
• Refunds and returns are handled per our Refund/Returns Policy and any rights under applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law).

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smarter Towing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited as permitted by law.

The Website may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., mobile platforms or vehicle consoles). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices and disclaim all liability arising from your use of them.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.

15. General

Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
